Description

Cordius are currently working with a supplier of sophisticated machining services specialising in aerofoil and rotative components based in Rotherham.

Responsibilities:

Support the organization's production plan.
Exporting the plan into the MRP system and aligning MRP system, sales order, and purchase order dates.
Generate reports using Orchestrate/Factory Master to support KPI outputs.
Assist the MRP team with administrative responsibilities.
Data collection and providing assistance for all business processes.
Creation of work orders and work to lists for items moving through the workshop in accordance with certification requirements.
Altering manufacturing timelines and supplier lead times in routes based on past data to facilitate schedule adherence.
Update delivery tracker to monitor all components.
Assist with monthly WIP counts.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience using MRP systems within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience generating reports using a range of techniques.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Excellent numerical skills
Capability to communicate at all organisational levels and with external suppliers.
