Description
HR Business Partner, permanent, full time hybrid (4 days a month working in the Brighton office), £54853-£71387 doe for this leading UK public sector pensions company.
You will play an essential role in partnering strongly with your assigned Directorate to develop the strategic People Plan and advise, coach and support across a range of people matters, and in driving positive cultural change in service of the CorporateStrategy.
You will be supported in your role by HR Centres of Expertise, including Employee Relations, Reward, Programmes, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.
Duties involve:
- Collaborate closely with Executive Committee leaders, managers, and teams within your assigned area, through strong partnering, delivering effective people solutions, including resource forecasting, organisational development, and workforce, skills andcapability planning.
- Nurture productive relationships with leaders and people managers at all levels to support their development and that of their teams
- Partner and collaborate with your People Directorate colleagues to enable the delivery of a seamless HR service to the business
- Deliver coaching and mentoring on people issues to your assigned area
- Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practices
- Provide direction on people, culture, and business projects where required.
proven track record and experience of working as a generalist HR Business Partner.
- Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders at all levels, through all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Evidence of influencing People Plans and driving good people outcomes.
- Experience of working at a strategic, tactical and operational level within a HR function, and delivering to the wider organisationPassionate about Business Partnering, and adding real business value
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insight to translate into action
- Strong relationship building skills, and the ability to engage successfully at all levels of the business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to details and accuracy
- The ability to manage own workload, prioritise, and make professional judgementbased decisions
