Beach Baker is delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with Bath Spa University to recruit a Head of Estates Capital Projects.

Bath Spa University is situated in the beautiful World Heritage City of Bath, with campuses at Newton Park, Locksbrook and Sion Hill.

THE POSITION

The University has a requirement for a Head of Estates Capital Projects to provide leadership, direction and management of various sized Estates projects, through significant project related stakeholder engagement, to enhance the University's student experience.

THE CANDIDATE

SALARY & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Basic salary start at £61,198 increasing to £64,914.

44 days leave - 33 annual leave, 3 university closure days and 8 bank holiday (plus the opportunity to purchase an additional 5-days).
