We are currently seeking a Compliance Surveyor to join the Asset Management team working as a quality control and customer interface in all aspects of the compliant assurance and delivery of the servicing and maintenance programme across a residential propertyportfolio.

This is an important role in which you will:

Monitor contractors / suppliers and ensure their standard of work is acceptable and in compliance with recognised safety practices and agreed specifications
Proactively work with the compliance team to provide an efficient and coordinated workflow
Provide advice regarding the design of mechanical and electrical installations
Completing reports and surveys

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (18th edition) and Maintenance
Have a proven track record of auditing electrical compliance within the social sector
Experience of working within ISO and social sector frameworks
Show a proactive and tenacious attitude to the access to properties and the completion of tasks
Have excellent knowledge of construction legislation
Be able to work collaboratively and in partnership with other members of the team to deliver a seamless service
