We are currently seeking a Compliance Surveyor to join the Asset Management team working as a quality control and customer interface in all aspects of the compliant assurance and delivery of the servicing and maintenance programme across a residential propertyportfolio.


This is an important role in which you will:

  • Monitor contractors / suppliers and ensure their standard of work is acceptable and in compliance with recognised safety practices and agreed specifications
  • Proactively work with the compliance team to provide an efficient and coordinated workflow
  • Provide advice regarding the design of mechanical and electrical installations
  • Completing reports and surveys

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (18th edition) and Maintenance
  • Have a proven track record of auditing electrical compliance within the social sector
  • Experience of working within ISO and social sector frameworks
  • Show a proactive and tenacious attitude to the access to properties and the completion of tasks
  • Have excellent knowledge of construction legislation
  • Be able to work collaboratively and in partnership with other members of the team to deliver a seamless service
