The Role

The Head of Cash Forecasting is a newly created and high profile role, which will lead the group's cash management strategy and work closely with the Executive team.

The role will be focused primarily on delivering cash generation actions and looking at ways of improving management of cash, and will require you to take responsibility for producing short and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

There will also be the opportunity to adopt and refine a process to report on liquidity, and you will be the driving force behind the implementation of a cash culture across the Group, embedding sustainable change that has a tangible impact on improving the Group's cash management.

The Person

You will also need to be an effective and confident communicator, with the ability to challenge and manage senior stakeholders, and this is an exciting and rare opportunity to make a significant impact in an already hugely successful business.
