The Impact you will have:
- Ensure compliance in line with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality regulations
- Monitor performance and conduct evaluations, Driving process adherence in all areas
- Set individual and team goals and initiatives, conduct formal 121's in line with business policy using Perform
- Instill a one team approach all regions, Service Centre and field.
- Deliver agreed KPI's in all area's these will include invoice disputes, parts processing (PIP) and estimating,
- Carry out Audits and manage the internal process audits, within the team in line with KPI's
- Take a leading role in the review of root cause analysis of parts and estimate issues that have occurred and instigate plans to prevent future reoccurrence.
- Undertake small projects and assist with special projects as required
- Collaborate with multiple departments to review issues, using a continuous improvement approach that ensures the root cause and /or waste is identified and resolved or removed.
- Manage and update skills matrix and service levels document. Ensure that all team members follow the defined training programme;
- Work closely with the academy design, develop and deliver training programs which ensure high levels of competency within your area and the required skill set mix.
- Engage with, manage and deliver actions and solutions to employee feedback from Peakon survey.
- Be our brand ambassador at all times
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Significant leadership experience within a similar role/industry
- Significant experience of being a motivational Leader of people able to inspire and develop strong teams/individuals.
- Substantial IT literacy, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Significant experience of dealing with people at all levels, including developing successful and effective internal stakeholder relationships as well as strong customer orientation
