Our client is looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary

Description

  • Preparing and processing legal documentation and forms
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
  • Document management and filing
  • Assisting with payments, invoices and knowyourcustomer checks
  • Managing records, projects and calendars
  • Providing general administrative support, such as answering telephone calls, taking messages photocopying documents and managing the execution of documentation including through docusign
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters, such as keeping company registers and powers of attorney uptodate
  • Creating document styles

Profile

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excel and power point
  • Ability to work with a team of lawyers and others in the organisation across disciplines
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
