A leading client in the energy sector
Description
- Preparing and processing legal documentation and forms
- Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
- Document management and filing
- Assisting with payments, invoices and knowyourcustomer checks
- Managing records, projects and calendars
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering telephone calls, taking messages photocopying documents and managing the execution of documentation including through docusign
- Assisting with company secretarial matters, such as keeping company registers and powers of attorney uptodate
- Creating document styles
Profile
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Proficiency in MS Office, excel and power point
- Ability to work with a team of lawyers and others in the organisation across disciplines
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
