Summary and purpose of the job:


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Managing the provisioning, onboarding and tech support team to deliver all products across the business
  • Budgeting and ensuring customer SLA excellence and quality for business growth.
  • Taking ownership of escalated customer issues.
  • Proactively working with our key customers to ensure a continued successful relationship.
  • Keeping the leadership team aware of trends and reoccurring issues.
  • Responsible for the teams KPIs and appraisals
  • A professional approach to team and customer relationships.
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Emotionally resilient when under pressure.
  • Will be IT literate in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal communications
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to actively listen and react to customers needs
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and think quickly.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues to ensure longevity of the relationship.
  • An understanding of the provisioning process

Essential Previous Experience

  • Previous experience using technical products in a telecommunications role. i.e Provisioning Manager
