Service Delivery & Operations Manager

Summary and purpose of the job:
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the provisioning, onboarding and tech support team to deliver all products across the business
- Budgeting and ensuring customer SLA excellence and quality for business growth.
- Taking ownership of escalated customer issues.
- Proactively working with our key customers to ensure a continued successful relationship.
- Keeping the leadership team aware of trends and reoccurring issues.
- Responsible for the teams KPIs and appraisals
- A professional approach to team and customer relationships.
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
- Emotionally resilient when under pressure.
- Will be IT literate in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communicator in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to actively listen and react to customers needs
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and think quickly.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues to ensure longevity of the relationship.
- An understanding of the provisioning process
Essential Previous Experience
- Previous experience using technical products in a telecommunications role. i.e Provisioning Manager
