AXA Global Healthcare are recruiting a rare opportunity to come and join this growing business.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is keen to learn to join our team as a Business Consultant to work closely with the MD and the Senior Leadership Team.


At AXA Global Healthcare we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.


What you'll be doing:


  • Producing analysis of documents and summaries of reports and presentations, including comments and recommendations for action documents include monthly steering committees, minutes of board and management meetings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of AGH presentation from members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to an internal or external audience.
  • Coordinating the production of regular and ad hoc business reporting to SLT meetings, IPMI Executive committee and AGH Boards.
  • Participating to the Strategic Planning annual process.
  • Participating in key business initiatives ie M&A activity, Strategic initiatives.
  • Managing preparations for key meetings including managing agenda and production of agreed pack and any adhoc reporting.
  • Ensuring the MD is fully prepared and briefed for all meetings and discussions, this may be coordinated with direct reports or personally by reviewing papers ahead of the meeting for key points that need to be addressed.
  • Specific responsibilities for certain AGH operational tasks.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • Understanding of financial services industry an advantage
  • Expertise in research and strategy development and the ability to understand, assimilate and analyse quickly complex business issues
  • High level of initiative and achievement motivation
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement across a range of complex and diverse issues
  • Flexible approach to work is a necessity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Action oriented and delivery focused mindset
  • Proficiency in business French language an advantage
  • Strong appetite to learn
  • Ideally Insurance background
