Main Responsibilities:

Our client based in Addlestone are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their award-winning team, due to continued success and subsequent growth.

Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferential although other directly transferable skills will be considered and full training will be given.

Key Skills:

Understanding of financial responsibility
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with queries and disputes
An aptitude for learning and an ability to retain information

S4 is acting as an agency for this role.
