This award-winning business is forging a new path in consumer finance and this is an exciting opportunityto take on a leading role In their strategy and affordability team to drive their lending strategies.

THE ROLE

You would work across:

Oversight of lending strategies for their credit card portfolio, across the full customer lifecycle
A focus on affordability strategies and creditworthiness
Leading a small team and working closely with other teams in the business to drive customer outcomes and innovation
Leading the implementation of Open Banking strategies to enhance profitability and customer data

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential to have experience in driving lending strategies for unsecured products
Ideal to have exposure to affordability strategies
Prior management experience
Essential to have strong SQL (ideal to have SAS or Python in addition to this)
Ideal to have had experience in Open Banking
