Keynvor Morlift (KML) is a Falmouth-based international Marine Contractor.

We are specialists in shoreline, coastal and offshore marine services and operations, with a wealth of experience ranging from marine renewable energy construction projects to project cargo, marine civil engineering, salvage projects and many more offshore and specialist marine services.

Job Summary:

Currently KML are seeking a skilled and experienced Master 200GT to operate a 25m Single Screw Tug safely and efficiently.

The Tug Master will be responsible for managing the vessel/crew whilst performing various towing and salvage operations Europewide.

This role requires excellent boat handling and seamanship skills, as well as the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with KML's shore-based 'Marine Team'.

You will be expected to have an eye for detail and run a 'tight ship' with meticulous statutory and company paperwork, PM and R&M reports.

You will work with KML HR to recruit and train your crew, promoting a happy and motivated working environment.

Requirements:

Master 200GT

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Compliant statutory certification

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions

2 references from previous employers

Right to work in the UK required
