What you'll be doing:
- Providing continued support and oversight to the various SRP projects and associated programme activities
- Leading and conducting internal surveillance audits and reviews on various SRP Projects, established management system processes, Civil Contractor and Subcontractor Organisations and associated Suppliers within the parameters of NEC 3 Framework, CDM 2015 Regs & ISO9001:201
- Various quality related activities and tasks in support of the Senior Quality Manager (SRP), which include the management and coordination of the management Review process, production, review and amendment of new and existing process and procedural arrangements
- Leading formal investigations and problem solving
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of complex engineering projects working with External suppliers & customers at a senior level
- Experience of working in the Nuclear Sector with sound knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and Nuclear Safety Case
- Lead Auditor undertaking Supplier Assessment and Surveillance Audits with knowledge and working understanding ISO 9001:2015 and embedding Corrective and Improvement actions
- Experience of Document and Records Management
- Experience of CEMAR and the requirements for Life time Quality Records and their verification

The Quality team:
As Quality Leader you will be based primarily in the Site Re-development area of the business which is a major enabling programme for future Submarine build.
This role is to provide support as part of the dedicated team across the programme and to drive Quality and Records Management improvements into the organisation.
