***The role of a Retail Advisor at Simply Tiles Ltd is to provide excellent customer service while assisting sales associates and management in providing the best customer service possible. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about the tile industry, has a passion for helping customers find solutions to their needs and offers the ability to build positive relationships. The Retail Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of tiles as well as providing advice on relevant fixing materials.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers in a timely manner and make sure they are happy with their experience.
• Understand customers' needs and provide them with information on products, prices, and discounts.
• Answer customers' questions about products and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered by Simply Tiles Ltd and other industry topics.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that customer orders are being fulfilled properly.
• Actively seek out feedback from customers to improve customer service.
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed including store design, marketing, inventory management, and advertising sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience or experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work well with others to achieve team goals.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional attitude and appearance is required.
• A creative flair for colour & design would be advantageous.

Salary:
£20,500.00-£25,535.07 per year
