Description

We are looking for someone who is flexible, has good time management skills and works well independently as well as within a team.

Good interpersonal skills are essential.

The role will involve working with a team of physiotherapists within the Out-Patient Department.

You will be responsible for your own patient case load and implementing rehabilitation programmes under the supervision of the qualified therapists.

You will deliver treatment sessions to patients individually and within classes and groups.

The therapy department are a friendly, forward-thinking team and work in a fast paced, rewarding environment. We aim to serve our diverse population with empathy and respect.

As a valued member of our team you will be supported to develop, expand and share your skills and knowledge.

There is a comprehensive programme of workforce development through in-service training, supervision and mentorship, and support for external courses.

The MSK transformation in Shropshire Telford and Wrekin has transformed the care of those presenting with MSK conditions across the system.

The 3 organisations; SaTH, SCHT and RJAH have worked together to implement transformed clinical care across the system.

This transformation places emphasis on Therapies and conservative management for MSK conditions resulting in a significant investment in Therapies to provide additional clinical capacity.

SaTH provide outpatient services at RSH and PRH within 2 established departments providing individual and group Therapy.
