Description

We are looking for a _fun_, _enthusiastic _and _dedicated _person to join and train within our friendly and supportive team.

Many of our qualified practitioners, including all of our nursery management team, started with us as apprentices and given support, hands-on experience and lots of training they were able to progress to management roles.

The majority of our apprentices remain with us once they qualify; encouraged to take on further training if this is of interest to them.

No previous experience in childcare is required, however you must have a passion for working with children, helping them to learn, develop and thrive.

You must have a lot of patience and a warm and loving character and be able to work as part of a team.

Our team of skilled and qualified practitioners will provide on-the-job training and you will receive support and guidance from a course tutor throughout the apprenticeship.
