Our client is a "unicorn" Tech company that connects private companies to government contracts. They have had major growth in the last 3 years and need exceptional people to join their team.

The client's remit ensures that the public sector can buy the services they need, at the right price and from the supplier they want to work with.

They need an experienced manager to lead a team of around 6 sales administrators who work in their stunning offices near Vauxhall to process and coordinate tendering queries:
You will motivate and supervise the team who enable the co-ordination between:

the potential customer, and their invitation to tender (ITT) paperwork, published on various portals, plus follow-up clarifications, corrections, changes and other information they issue; and

- the chosen private company partner, and their tender response as they draft it, raising questions, submitting our response, following up subsequently through to feedback or purchase orders.

The right person will be able to articulate their ability to:

Represent the company on the telephone and in writing, and get the team doing this
Getting the team to process a whole load of simultaneous, short incoming tasks (5 to 10 minutes) with a huge attention to detail
Getting the team to get everything right the first time every time without fail
Getting the team to record everything carefully in a CRM and messaging system
Getting the team to build and maintain solid relationships with key members of our Partners' bid teams
Work as part of the wider management team, assisting other teams
Sustain motivation and drive an excellent work ethic in the team

Your background may be from a similar industry or will have call centre/ recruitment industry experience. Staff supervisory knowledge is essential.
During the probation period, employees will be expected to be fully office based. Following this, my client is open to 1 day working from home.
