Nights Concierge

Location:
London - One Eighty Stratford.

Hours and Rota:38 hours per week. As a Nights Concierge you will work 4 night shifts out of 7, between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am.
Weekend shift variations may apply.

Salary:
£26, £28, bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

The role
Join uS and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of our residents and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our residents feel at home, no two nights will be the same As a Nights Concierge you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.

What you'll be doing as a NightsConcierge:

Patrolling multiple properties to keep our residents and employees safe
Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
Helping residents who are locked out of their rooms
Providing outstanding customer service to our residents
Reporting on incidents electronically

What we're lookingfor in you:

Excellent communication and listening skills
Calm under pressure, approachable and fair
Confident working alone and comfortable working as part of a team
Most importantly, as a Nights Concierge you'll share our values and passion for creating aHome for Success
