The Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports Autolus' Stevenage manufacturing operations (Production, Quality, Engineering & wider functions) in the following areas:- Recruitment of individuals at all levels across all Stevenage operations.
- Providing guidance & coaching to Hiring Managers & SLT as a business partner.
- Maintain data in support of talent acquisition including intrinsic, reportingbased and for site specific.
The role will be based form our Cell Manufacturing site in Stevenage with hybrid working - a minimum of 2 days a week on site depending on activities at the time.
Although Stevenage focused, the role will support wider recruitment activities across Autolus, including where required travel to MediaWorks & Autolus' other sites.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Partner with appropriate managers and HR team members in the management of recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
- Conduct direct sourcing of talent from the markets using LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms / tools as required.
- Management of agency vendors where required to support recruitment activities.
- In collaboration with other Talent Acquisition & HR team members, support the running of the early careers program for all Autolus operations including work experience, industry placements and apprenticeships.
- Provide guidance, support, and advice to the business around Talent Acquisition based topics including employment law, recruitment best practice and wider Talent Acquisition topics.
- Establishes and maintain collaborative, credible, trusting partnership with individuals across a broad range of people and groups, internal and external and acts as close advisor to the Site Leadership and Operational Management teams.
- To act as the interface between HR Business Partners, Organisational Development and Compensation and Benefits.
- Understands business objectives and needs and uses data analytics and reporting to advise and guide senior leaders for effective and insightful decisionmaking.
- Maintain talent acquisition data, including but not exclusively, the team tracker, reporting based data & org charts.
- Leads challenging conversations and interactions.
- Deliver recruitmentbased training initiatives in collaboration with Organisational Development team as required.
- Lead and/or support Talent Acquisition based projects as required.
