CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE/CRO MANAGER

HYBRID WORKING - FLEXIBILITY TO WORK IN BRACKNELL/LONDON

UP TO £55,000 PLUS 10% BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS

  • Drive the CRO strategy for the company to increase the conversion rate of the D2C ecommerce sites and build a best in class digital customer experience
  • Analyse online shopper journey data and user behaviour to identify user points of delight / points of pain to create an optimised opportunities for the D2C ecommerce site
  • Assess the impact of commercial initiatives i.e product and service launches, promotional & pricing strategies, marketing campaigns on the conversion rate to provide comparative benchmarks during / off activity cycles
  • Partner with the Acquisition team to identify high quality traffic sources and input into marketing campaign development efforts
  • Translate findings into actionable insights by providing actions and recommendations for the web/ecommerce Roadmap
  • Run surveys on site to track qualitative feedback that can be fed back to the business
  • Work with different teams across the business to find solutions for issues found in research
  • Support the data team to ensure key metrics can be monitored in Power BI
  • Utilise existing customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement to help drive core KPI's
  • Maintain and drive the CRO improvement roadmap
  • Benchmark best in class ecommerce brands reporting to identify news trends and opportunities
  • Work with IT and other Digital Agencies to ensure CRO development roadmap is delivered on time
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, business stakeholders and the multifunctional team
