The Beeches Veterinary Centre is a dedicated RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice in Melksham, Wiltshire looking for a warm and welcoming head receptionist/administrator to join and support the reception team.

As head receptionist/administrator, you will be joining part of a well-established team of experienced receptionists, nurses and vets.


Main purpose of the role:

To support the practice director and other senior members of the team, in the management of the practice and the development of the business, promoting improvements and being an active member of the Management Team.

To manage, lead and develop the members of the reception team to ensure excellent team work and to deliver a continuous high standard of customer care.

Manage, lead and develop all support functions to ensure a continuous high level of customer care.

Facilities:

Single-site RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice with separate dog, cat and isolation wards, separate theatre with multi-parameter monitoring system and heated operating table, imaging suite, large prep room, dental tub table and dental x-ray, a dedicated laboratory and a veterinary ambulance.

Other members of the team include 2 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Head Nurse, Senior Nurse 5 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a Senior receptionist and a dedicated reception team plus our Practice Director.

Salary:
From £12.25 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
