No optical background required for the Retail Assistant position, but prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is necessary.

Full training will be given, with responsibilities including:

Establish strong relationships with customers by attentive listening and understanding their needs.

Providing post-sales support through adjustments.
Collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Handling administrative duties associated with the store, with comprehensive training provided.
