Description

Responsibilities:

Skills in all trades: Basic Plumbing, Basic Electrics, Painting and Decorating plus general handyman.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, record maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records
Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors when necessary
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance needs promptly and professionally
Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment functionality

Skills:

Strong technical skills in various areas of maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Proficient in using CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
