As a Youth Worker at Protocol Education, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding young people within the Ealing community.

Working closely with our partner schools and youth centers, you'll have the chance to make a difference by providing support, mentorship, and organizing enriching activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage and build positive relationships with young individuals, providing emotional support and encouragement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging workshops, programs, and recreational activities.
  • Assist in promoting a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the wellbeing of all youth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to maximize opportunities for personal growth and development.
  • Support the educational and social needs of the youth, empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to enhancing our youth programs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
