Personal Assistant Part-TimePrinciple Responsibilities:
- Provide competent IT support, assisting with internet navigation and online orders for various items, such as coffee and other necessities.
- Arrange occasional travel for professional connections.
- Ensure all travel details are well organised and communicated effectively.
- Co ordinate local transportation, arrange for daily newspaper deliveries, and manage payments for various domestic services.
- Order essential supplies when needed.
Attributes & Disposition:
- Excellent IT skills and internet navigation abilities.
- Excellent timekeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This role is offered for approximately 2 hours, 2 days a week, within the business hours of Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.
