Role - INSIDE IR35


Tata Motors Design, comprising three global design centres including state of the art studio at the NAIC at the University of Warwick (UK), Pune (India) and Turin (Italy), is pivotal in the creation and delivery of the future of Tata Motors passenger andcommercial vehicles.

With the recent success of the Nexon, Altroz and Tiago, it is strengthening its global team with highly creative and driven design professionals who can help to shape the future of Indian motoring.


We are looking for people for 6 month rolling contracts who want to join a progressive, innovative and exciting team that is changing the landscape of passenger vehicles for the Indian market within their UK studio.

The roles includes hybrid working arrangementsand are offered based on 45 hours per week.


Lead Modellers and CAS Alias Modellers - Contract

  • Create and release surfaces that faithfully capture design intent, that are aestheticallyoptimised and to a high quality of execution that meet specified standards
  • Assist the creative process by interpreting 2D sketches into 3D data for design iteration and approval
  • Ability to demonstrate an advanced skillset in creative and technical digital surface creation using ALIAS
  • Experience working with engineering inputs and be able to interpret design sketches to create appropriate surface proposals
