A fantastic opportunity to assist and support the Property and Finance teams in the administration of the company's residential and commercial letting portfolio, situated on a Country Estate around the historic village of Terling in Central Essex.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic member of staff to join our office team as a Property and Finance Administrator.

• Lettings purchase and sales ledger.
• Lettings credit control.
• Stock and labour allocation administration.
• Utilities sales ledger.

• Liaising with tenants daily by processing and actioning various requests/tasks.
• Liaising with contractors and tradesmen.
• Supporting the management team with lettings administration.
• Ad hoc duties.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Bookkeeping skills experience required.
• Attention to detail, accurate and professional literacy with good problemsolving skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Work well in a small team as well as individually.
