Job Description:


What Will I Be Doing As An Administrator?

  • Take calls from Engineers and customers relating to enquiries
  • Order parts for Engineers
  • Call customers to book engineer visits
  • Update the internal systems with any amendments required
  • Support the Operations Manager with any administration requests, such as, placing subcontractor orders
  • Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
  • Resolve customer disputes and process contract terminations

Working Hours:
Full Time 37.5 hrs | Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm


Here at Chubb, we promote a
flexible working hours
model where possible, and strive to accommodate earlier start / finish times ie 9.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 4.

Qualifications:


To Be Successful In Your New Role:
Ideally you will have a working administrative background, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


We are big believers in developing our people and have a dedicated team to support you if you haven't yet gained the experience.
