Whats required for this position?_

• Customer friendly,
• Capable of driving a Luton van or Long wheel base proficiently or at least to a good standard
• Capable of lifting heavy Items, Manoeuvring and working carefully

- being able to take direction well and work in a team
- some knowledge is preferred of moving but not essential as you will learn on the job
- being available as much as possible for any work that may arise
- ok with sometimes being just a mover if required.

Responsibilities_

Driving Safely_
- _
loading and unloading safely including checking weight limits and wheel arches_

photos are required of the full load and wheel arches before leaving starting property as well as a call for authorisation to leave to set off to the next location._
- _making sure you be aware of any roads, lanes etc that will have height or width restrictions_
- _all items that require straps, ties etc are fastened well and sufficiently and all items are placed in the vehicle without any movement to largely reduce and prevent items getting damaged._
- _to share your location using the app we use to do this. ( so we can also share this to the customer) The Moving Crewman can help with this if needed._
- _Carrying items safely, not overdoing it or struggling. DONT BE A HERO_
- _Using equipment provided where possible to make moving as easy, stress free and smooth as possible. These will be provided so no additional tools will need to be brought by you. _

£16.00-£20.00 per hour

• Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving: 2 years (required)
