Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, processing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining detailed and accurate stock management system data, calculating and generating accurate records of all invoices we pay out to suppliers and invoices we charge to clients/customers.

You will work closely with a small but highly efficient team within the warehouse environment in London (SE16).


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing, picking, and shipping activities to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with local logistics suppliers and your counterpart in the manufacturer team in China to meet delivery deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Optimize layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and facilitate smooth material flow.

Data Management: Proficient usage of warehouse management system and keep all records of inventory, logistics as well as finances. Provide management report on a regular basis in order to optimize processes and conduct detailed financial analysis.

Coordination with multiple stakeholders: Daily communication with your counterpart of manufactures in China, wholesalers in Europe, local logistics suppliers, as well as clients/customers in UK (if required).


Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent with both English and Chinese languages due to the nature of the job.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Well organized. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability of multitasking. Feel comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
