ReCulture are pleased to be representing one of the most exciting scale ups in the north as they grow in market share and employee size as well as their range of products.

Working in the IT, hardware and electronics industry, they source, manufacture and sellproducts globally via channel partners and e-commerce retailers.


Role:
This role will support the team in Bradford with the following duties: (This list is to give you a guide of what could be covered over the course of the role)

  • Ensure 1st and 2nd Line calls into Service Desk are dealt efficiently through a combination of onsite and remote support.
  • Conduct regular routine inspection tasks and checks, including backup management.
  • First Point of Contact for multiple business units
  • New Starters equipment setup

You'll have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an ability to perform the analysis and diagnosis of complex desktop problems while recommending and implementing corrective solutions.

We are looking for an overall IT enthusiast that's happy to get involved at all levels, there is no job too big or too small for you.

You will be able to communicate technical terms to non-technical people.

  • Experience in a similar role (Ideally)
