Care Supervisor**An exciting opportunity has opened up within Chichester.

Job Purpose**To support the team both in the field and in the office, including with 'out of hours' on-call duties.

Let's talk about the role, you will:
Ensure we are meeting clients' needs, delivering a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led service.

In addition, supporting our CareAngels to live our brand values:
compassionate, professional, friendly, reliable, and quality.
The Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all CareAngels are compliant & up to date with their eLearning. That skill reviews, flying visits and supervisions are up to date and complete. Week 1-4 assessments for new CareAngels are completed. When required cover hourly visits or assessments.

Your skills will include:

Excellent communication skills written and Oral
Ability to work in a team
Self Motivated
Able to use your own initiative
Quickly able to build rapport with new people
Proficient use of tablet and smart phone
Accurate data recording

You will have:

Previous Care Experience
Positive Attitude
Full UK Driving License
Business Use Insurance

Your qualifications include:

Care Certificate
Desirable but not essential Level 3 in Heath & Social Care

Salary:
£24,000 per annum

40 hours per week, plus on call duties as per office rota.
