Description

Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Care Assessor. This is a
full-time role, on a
3-6 month+ contract.

Rate:
£15+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience),

Hours:36 per week

Care Assessor experience of working with vulnerable adults/settings,
Relevant in care/ NVQs level

- not essential, but have completed relevant social care training
.

Role responsibilities

Carry out high quality holistic assessments, using strengths based, personcentred, community focused, and multiagency interventions to bring about positive change,
Have a good awareness and understanding of Mental Capacity Act, liberty protection safeguards, Mental Health Act and any other relevant legislation,
Provide a personcentred service which focuses on asset based interventions to enable people to optimise and maximise their abilities, by using a strengths based approach,
Support people to maintain their independence within their homes by utilising support in the local community and the persons personal networks.
