Are you experienced in Lettings with the motivation to progress?

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Manager to join their team in Marlow. The ideal individual will have experience in managing a team with high levels of motivation and confidence.


The Senior Lettings Manager's duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with staff training
  • Managing the performance of employees
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with Landlords and customers
  • Regular Lettings business development
  • Attending valuations and negotiating prices with Landlords
  • Action planning to increase branch performance

To be considered for the role of Senior Lettings Manager, you must have the following requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License & own vehicle
  • Experience in managing a team with a Lettings background
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed and progress
  • Outstanding customer service with great rapportbuilding skills
  • Hardworking with a determination to exceed targets
  • Ability to motivate a team

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you'll be required to work:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am
  • 6:00 pm.
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Senior Lettings Manager:

  • £20,000
  • £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- £30,000 OTE
