We at Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff, are searching for passionate and energetic individuals to work as Trainee Teaching Assistants in schools across Bridgend.

This role will enable you to support the class teacher with the entire class as well as work one-to-onewith the students too.

Prior and alongside your role, we offer additional training and support in the form of our TA school, learning all about the positions roles and responsibilities as well as our amazing catalogue of CPD Courses covering copious amountsof topics, so if you have experience in heaps or little experience, we've got your back.

In this role, you are required to:

work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential

- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons

The schools across Bridgend have great transport links with either a bus stop near by or a train station.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have the following:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, EWC, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
