Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm


Salary:
£24,000 per annum


What are we looking for?:

Cash Allocation

  • Process adjustment journals
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Invoicing

  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Ensure that invoice requests are raised & sent in a timely manner
Credit Control

  • Generate age debt analysis
  • Monitor customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Carry out credit control and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Follow up on payment requests
  • Maintain credit control records for weekly reporting
  • Raise manual credit notes
Other Key Duties

  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Process end of day for the bank
  • Assist with monthend closing
  • Sales Ledger and business process improvement
  • Provide cover for other team members
  • Investigate customer claims and challenge where required
