Responsibilities:
- Arrange viewings for interested applicants
- Willing to learn the whole lettings process.
- Assist property managers in their role/reporting repairs.
- Promote and market properties through social media portals and CRM System.
- Take accurate measurements of property and draw up floor plans
- Provide accurate inventory of features of property.
Salary:
£19,900.00-£20,500.00 per year
