ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

We are currently in an exciting period of growth and are looking for someone who can work closely with our CD and DD.

You will have an opportunity to work across our portfolio of clients and their brands. The briefs we work on are varied and solutions are led by the client's needs.

We work hybrid with 3 days from home and 2 from the office. This role can be based from either London, York or our photography and video studio in Leeds.

We also regularly work together with our production team in Newcastle and international teams in the US, LATAM, Asia and China.

KEY SKILLS:

Software: After Effects/Premiere Pro (Primary) Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc

Motion Design Skillsets

Video Editing/Design/Animation/Sound/Colour Adjustment
Understanding of Layout, typography, transitions and able to follow storyboard
Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing
Insert music and necessary sound effects to the videos
Be able to create content and ensure consistency over multiple formats
Ensure brand guidelines/consistency is adhered to
Manage preparation of finished files to spec

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

3D software skills such as Cinema 4D or 3DS Max
Creation of animation/video storyboards.
Prepare conceptual layouts for the video project

REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of endtoend postproduction workflow, formats and codecs
Excellent technical knowledge
Meticulous attention to detail
Able to own project, add input and interpret brief to add value
Able to work to tight deadlines and multitask to suit different situations
Keep abreast of advancements in animation/editing styles as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
