About this role:

In this role you will work as part of an expanding Quality Assurance team within the Revenue and Benefits service area under the direction of the Compliance & Subsidy Team Leader


Key Tasks will include-

  • Coordinate Quality Assurance sampling across Benefits, Revenues and Personal Finance Unit.
  • Compile, validate statistical data from a variety of sources to monitor and report performance.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate completion of subsidy workbooks, and submission of all returns for the Housing Benefit subsidy claim as well as liaison with our external auditors as and when required


We are looking for someone who is reliable, methodical, flexible, a team player, accountable, able to deal with changes fast and work to strict deadlines.

You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of team, and have the necessary skills to collate and produce management information to a variety of audiences.
