Newcastle (fully remote)

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting trends, and providing insights to senior management.
Participate in the development of annual budgets, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize financial performance.
Provide adhoc financial analysis and support for decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

CIMA or ACCA qualified is a requirement.
At least 35 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Hyperion) preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
