I am working with a client who has a

Commercial Dealership who is looking for a

Workshop Controller for their site that is based in

Glasgow.

The ideal Workshop Controller will have a

Level 3 Technician qualification and already be working in a similar position or someone who is looking for progression but can demonstrate the necessary skills necessary for the role.

What is needed for this Workshop Controller role:

Motor Trade experience
Essential
Level 3 Technician qualification
Highly beneficial
Able to lead a team of Technicians, apprentices and the service department.
Can work alongside other members of staff for daily and weekly planning.
Can maintain the high level of work through the workshop.
Can help to train and develop junior members and apprentices.
Possesses fantastic Customer Service.
Able to keep to motivate the workshop to hit KPIs and targets.
To ensure MOT pass rates are in line with company benchmarks and targets.
Can take a lead of the Customer Service department.
Have strong organisational skills.
Can complete reports as and when needed.
