About The Role:

We are seeking an
Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Shared Services team in
Manchester.

If you have previous Accounts Payable experience, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

What You Will Do:
Joining our vibrant Accounts Payable Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Accurately processing a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with current VAT regulations.
Carrying out monthly reconciliations of key accounts and resolving any queries.
Maintaining strong relationships with both suppliers and internal customers.
Ensuring regular communication on safety matters, reflecting positively on our safety image.

The Impact You Will Make:
By ensuring efficient and timely payments processing, you will directly contribute to our financial health and operational success.

Previous Accounts Payable experience.
Knowledge of VAT, CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge regulations (desirable).
Proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional analytical skills and a collaborative, teamfocused mindset.
