Product Owner

Hybrid role based in Oxfordshire - One day a week in the office

Salary £45k - £55k + Benefits

Requirements:


  • Define and measure the impact of new features being considered for inclusion in a product release
  • Maintain a groomed backlog, prioritised on business value
  • Manage stakeholders and requirements gathering
  • Work with a scrum team(s) made up of developers, QA, and scrum masters
  • Write clearly defined user stories for new product features, issues, & future enhancements
  • Work alongside the Product Manager to support the planning and monitoring of releases
  • Work with the Product Team to implement best practice processes
  • Lead the refinement sessions with the development team

Preferred experience:


  • Established experience as a software Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Experience in a user focused environment with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Requirement gathering, managing product backlog, planning sprints etc.
  • An excellent communicator
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and working with a development team
