The Position
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual passionate about insights and analytics.

As a vital member of our Customer & Frontline Excellence team, you will:


  • Ensure customer and frontline data integrity and accuracy to facilitate informed decisionmaking.
  • Derive insights from data to better understand customers' environment and needs.
  • Develop analytical tools to drive frontline effectiveness and track overall customer activities and investments.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key tactics and maximize business impact.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the overall Commercial & Frontline Excellence strategic plan and operating model changes

Qualifications

  • Possesses strong analytical skills (Excell, Power BI and similar) and can interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates project management skills and can manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Has technical expertise in analytics tools and data management platforms and stays uptodate with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Is collaborative and works effectively in a team, as well as with crossfunctional partners.
  • Is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and is committed to the company's mission and goals.
  • Has a proven track record in a field force effectiveness analytics role in pharma industry
  • Has a good understanding of the NHS landscape and infrastructure desirable
