We are looking for a Fire Surveyor to support the External Wall Advisory division and work alongside our other specialist disciplines.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fire Surveyor seeking a leadership role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include:

Working closely with clients to ensure an exemplary level of quality
Extensive project management, building surveying and fire safety
Compliance and risk assessment
Working with our multidiscipline team to ensure coordinated outputs
Supporting the development our Fire & Life Safety offering to the UK
Motivated and Selfdriven (Entrepreneurial Outlook)
Committed to Technical Excellence
Good relationship builders (internal and external)

Must have/be:

Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering Surveying within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
A thorough understanding of Building Surveying related to Fire and Compliance
Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget
