This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our small and dedicated team.

Reporting to and working with the Venue Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers.

This will mean being mainly based at the front reception desk in the venue, answering telephone enquiries and dealing with box office and hiring enquiries, supporting other team members, including marketing events and setting up rooms for hires and events.

You will be required to work flexibly including some evening and weekend work.

It will be beneficial if you have an interest in arts and cultural events.
