Continuing to invest in the business, they are seeking to appoint talented Dilapidation experts (MRICS Building Surveyors) in their London and South East offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Dilapidation surveys, produce detailed reports, and lead negotiations on behalf of our clients.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients to achieve successful negotiations and claims.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Act as a representative of our consultancy, showcasing a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:
Chartered Building Surveyor status - MRICS

Proven experience specialising in Dilapidation surveys, reports, and negotiations.

Previous senior or associate level roles within a respected UK consultancy.

Strong track record of working independently and managing projects effectively.

Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to represent the consultancy to key, highly prestigious clients.

Adept at working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
