WCH are dedicated to mantaining our high standards of recruitment and role development.

We are currently looking for a HR specialist who is soley responsible for the safer recruitment, and the continuous profetional development of staff in partnership with the Regional service manger and our online training system.

A majority of the role will be from home however,
at least one day will be required in the office to ensure that all sensitive documents are manged and filed safely at HQ.

Role requirements

• To shadow interviews for new staff online via Google meets
• To monitor / coordinate with the regional service manager to record exactly what training has been conducted by what management
• To chase up the documents for all new starters in line with our internal safer recruitment process.
• To complete staff files in full and maintain that they are all up to date and compliant.
• To keep up to date with any regulatory changes via Paninsula HR services.

Job Types:
Part-time, Graduate, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
