The Front Line Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and directing colleagues across the operationalteams, ensuring customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be accountable for providing effective leadership and nurturing a culture that drives the right performance and outcomes.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of the wider leadership team.
Day to day you'll
- Lead, coach and direct a diverse team with a variety of skillsets and responsibilities.
- Empower colleagues to deliver a customer experience that is right first time, every time.

- Encourage a positive culture and reward in line with Purposeful People.
- Monitor colleague wellbeing and ensure adequate support is in place as required.
- Monitor colleague performance and determine the training requirements.
- Support colleagues in contributing to Team Goals and achieving Personal ones.
- Review and act upon quality/productivity results review individual performance.
- Update people leader tools including OurPerformance & CoreHR.
- Lead and promote a Continuous Improvement culture to increase operational effectiveness
