Sales Executive


Salary:
£19,525 per year (OTE £28,000)


Bonus:
Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance


Hours:

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 4 days on 3 days off giving you a good work life balance.

Mon - Fri:9.30am-7.30pm

Sat: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Sun:9.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:


As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

  • First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:


  • A current full UK manual driving license
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Customerfocused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills
